NetWorthArc is a privacy-first net worth tracking application that allows users to manually enter and track their financial information, set goals, and generate forecasts. We do NOT connect to banks or financial institutions, and all data entered is provided voluntarily by users.
User Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
User Content and Data
- You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into NetWorthArc
- You grant us permission to process and store your data to provide the Service

Subscription and Payments

- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NetWorthArc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

- We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
- All financial calculations and forecasts are estimates only
- You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the Service
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NetWorthArc, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetWorthArc from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination

- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before account deletion
